HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and WhatsApp with your shipping details and a tracking number. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days, so you may receive it anywhere between 5-10 working days. If you’re looking for something urgently, please reach out to us via email on hello@gadoliving.com.

DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER INDIA?
Yes, we ship to all parts of India. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. There is a fee of Rs. 6500 for all international orders. Duties need to be paid directly by the customer.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. There is a nominal fee of Rs.150 for all COD orders. For international shipping, we charge a fee of Rs.6000, and duties will have to be paid directly by the customer.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your orders have been placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT INCASE I CHANGE MY MIND?
You cannot cancel your order once placed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, wallets and UPI. You can also opt for direct bank transfer or COD.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
All our products come packed beautifully in muslin bags and handmade craft paper boxes. In case you have a special requirement for gifting, please mention the same at checkout, and we’ll be happy to add a handwritten note and ribbon for you!
